Harder enemies - Slower Stamina Regeneration Get ready to fight 5 people at the same time i don't recommend installing on a new game you will need some decent gear to try and play this otherwise get used to running away. Vanilla counts are usually 1-6 this mod makes it from 5-10 some battles ive seen around 20 capped at 44 npcs max it shouldn't hit your fps anymore than the big battles already in the main game.
